Hi Sabir,

As explained in my previous email, the village is full and I am not able to find more appartments.
However, Omar will share a room of 4 beds and one of these beds is double. The only issue is that Maria shares the double bed with Omar in the appartment with 2 other men. Let me know asap if she (or omar?) is ok. Otherwise I cannot accomodate her. How does she plane to leave Gassin on 17th and what time?

We added a new bus at 10:30 on 18th. Philip Guillot (our shuttle leader) will check with your members at your arrival in NCE.

The visit of St Tropez has been rescheduled on Saturday 17th in the morning after the breakfast because of logistic problems. The registration will be opened at your arrival.

The due balance will have to be paid by cash on your arrival at the captain meeting on 15th night.

Total amount : 22 (people) x 250 eur + 2 (teams) x 100 eur = 5700 EUR
Already transfered : 2228 EUR
Due : 3472 EUR

Dear Eve,

Please find attached the tentative schedule for bus transportation from our side. As you can imagine, most of them are crew and getting exact time of their arrival is too difficult for us. However, somehow we managed to get indication for their travel and bus timings.

I have just checked the website and can see there is a 10:30 A.M bus as well from Gassin to Nice on 18^th Sep. So there will be quite a lot of people who will opt for that bus. Now, I won’t be able to go back to every team member to ask for another option. May be, once we reach Nice, the same can be discussed and escalated to you.

Furthermore, we have a new addition (Maria sapag ) who is a female and girlfriend of Omar el bizri. She will be arriving on 15^th but leaving on 17^th (1 day prior). So, can you please advise if it is possible to accommodate her. If at all its possible, can you please advise how much she’ll have to pay for the package.

I need to confirm few more things.

1) Are all meals (break-fast,lunch & dinner) covered for the days we’ll be in gassin/St tropez i.e. 15^th night dinner (including people coming with 21HRS bus frm nice), 16^th BF/Lunch/dinner, 17^thBF/Lunch/Dinner & 18^th BF. Accordingly, we need to plan our expenses and arrange for currency.
2) How you will be going to organise the accommodation. Will 2 people share 1 room or some other arrangement?

Is there a change in Bus timings? I have been told from other teams of EK that 15^th Sep Bus which was supposed to depart at 13Hrs is now departing at 1630 Hrs. Can you please advise so that I can inform my team mates accordingly and get a confirmation from them regarding the bus timing option.

Please find attached the excel. Now, both the teams have 8 players each and 4 supporters. I have included myself in Team-B to balance the players. I have asked from both the captains and as per them there is only one couple i.e. Stupar’s.

As most of the members are scheduled crew, their next month schedule is still not yet out and will not be able to confirm their arrival/departure date now. Hopefully, things will be more clearer once their schedule is out by the end of this month. Shall inform you accordingly.

Regarding departure from Gassin to Nice by 13h bus on Sunday 18^th Sep, do you think we will be able to reach Nice airport ateast 2 hrs prior to the departure. Departure with EK 078 is at 1610. Would request if you can adjust the time accordingly. Obviously, you need to see the convenience for other airline members as well.

Please find attached the updated sheet for the teams including supporters. We have got confirmation from 1 lady only as additional supporter. So now it looks like this.

Total Team players (2 teams) – 16 X 250 = EUR 4000.00
Supporter – 4 X 250 = EUR 1000.00
Team fee – 2 X 100 = EUR 200.00
Total cost – EUR 5200.00

Advance paid : EUR 2,228.00

Difference to pay on arrival : (EUR 5200 less 2228 = EUR2,972)

Regarding arrival, there is only one flight(EK 077) from Dubai to Nice which arrives Nice at 1410 local time. For departure, flight (EK 078) departs at 1610 local time from Nice. Everyone is aware of bus timings. Team members may come on 14^th or 15^th depending on their convenience. However, they are aware of bus timing and members coming on 15^th will take 9 Pm bus and members coming on 14^th Sep will take 01PM bus on 15^th.

In case, you are adjusting bus timings according to our arrival, please do let us know.
