Dear participants and presenters -

The tools session will be held from 12:15 -1:30 in Chapel on Friday
March 18.

There will be boxed lunches, I estimated 25 for Anne Marie but have
setup a poll to see if we can get an accurate headcount (hah!). They
want the count now of course but we can bump it up if we know more
people will be attending. You can signup here for boxed lunch on
Friday: http://bit.ly/eFLo8n

This is list as only being an hour and 15 minutes scheduled on the FGSC
schedule - I am not sure why since I requested more than that, but I
would hope at least until 2PM since concurrent sessions don't start till
3PM.

Please keep the presentations short (12 minutes) and focus on NEW stuff
that your tools provide with screen shots of cool things rather than too
broad of an overview. WE can't guarantee good wifi so live demos are
possible but I would highly reccomend a canned screen shot.

Please be prepared to share your slides so that we can disseminate
information about these resources to the broader community. If you have
a preferred mechanism (e.g. slideshare) I am happy to just link to your
presentation as well otherwise I will make a website that has all of
them available for download.

I've allotting 12 minutes for talks with a couple of minutes of
questions after each talk, and then some time at the end to discuss
future progress that can be made.

Thanks.
