Git clone problems

I'm working on improving FunFx. Currently I see 3 git repositories
for the source. When I try either.

git clone http://github.com/peternic/funfx.git
git clone http://github.com/david/funfx.git

I get an error message. The following works.

git clone http://github.com/aslakhellesoy/funfx.git

Is this a known issue? Are there known fixes in david's or peter's
repository that I should look at?
