How to remove the recording tool from the flex application.

Hi,
Can any one please tell me how to remove the Recording Tool from flex
applications which is compiled with automation libraries.I want to run
the automation scripts but i don't want to see the Recording Tool UI
in the application.
Details:
i am using FunFx 0.2.2.gem
