Dear Fundraisers,

The Father Ray Foundation is recruiting for some exciting fundraising positions. I can vouch that it is a fantastic place to work and has huge potential fundraising success.

The Father Ray Foundation has been looking after vulnerable children and young disabled adults in Pattaya for over 30 years. Our Vision is "We Never Turn A Needy Child Away". We are expanding our fundraising activities and are recruiting for the following roles.

1) Fundraising Manager - responsible for the ensuring our all Father Ray donor relationships are maximized, to follow up donors from previous years and support the Development Director with donor relationships.

2) Direct Marketing Manager - responsible for the development and delivery of the campaigns to recruit individual donors for the Father Ray Foundation. You will manage relationships with external agencies such as creative and print production, working in partnership with them to develop the campaigns from initial brief through to analysis of the results.

3) Direct Marketing Assistant - to support the Direct Marketing Manager to recruit individual donors for the Father Ray Foundation. Your role will include data analysis, administrative support and working with external agencies.

4) Major Donor and Corporate Fundraising Manager (English Speaking Thai National Preferred) - responsible for the development and delivery of the campaigns to recruit corporate and major donors to the Father Ray Foundation. You will research major donors and companies, manage relationships with them including making first contact, writing proposals and thanking appropriately.

5) Trusts and Foundation Fundraising Manager - responsible for securing funding from grant making foundations in Asia and Internationally. Your target will include both project and running costs. You will research foundations, approach them and provide relevant proposals and applications. Furthermore, your role will be to monitor and improve the program in response to results.

6) Government Fundraising Manager (Thai National Only) – responsible for raising funds from local, regional and national government.

Ideally, candidates will have fundraising and/or NGO experience. However, we welcome candidates to apply who have relevant transferable experience from sales, marketing, CRM etc. We will consider both Thai nationals and international candidates.
