Hi guys,
I was wondering if you could review a piece of code that I've been working on? It's a F# actor in its core and I'm looking for people to comment on how much it sucks so I can learn!

And then there's the C#/project itself that I would really like some feedback on, but that's not functional, so it's off topic just here.
