Unfortunately, the original scan has cut the top and bottom of each page slightly, but I believe most information we'll need is still accessible. If anyone has a clearly scanned gen 3 manual, I'm happy to OCR that; just DM me.
I'm looking for a service manual for a 1990 GN250. Everywhere online is full of either full of fake links, or request payment after baiting you to create and account - for what I can also only assume are fake links.
Hi guys I have just purchased a 2010 RMX450 and in preparation of getting it I purchased a service manual. I looked online for a while to find one but I didn't manage to come across any legit ones so I thought I would throw this up on here for everyone to use.
Thank you so much for doing this. I just bought a 2018 RMX today and was thumbing through the owners manual. Couldn't find a single toque value in there. It tells you all about the maintenance that is necessary, etc. but not a single torque value. I was stunned. Maybe I missed it. I'll have a couple of drinks and see if they show up. ?
I don't sell Suzuki manuals, nor do I supply them for download. My view is that just about everyone today has a computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone, together with fast internet service, and so all I do is try to provide easy access to a range of manuals on-line that have either been given to me or that I have purchased and then scanned. For years now, I have kept a laptop in my work area so I can easily look up anything I need, when I need it and I find it incredibly useful. Given that the cost of a used laptop is about the same as an OEM piston, it is a cheap option. If I do want a hard copy manual then I typically buy them from e-Classic Bike in New Zealand - excellent quality, wide selection and reasonable prices. They also sell on eBay, and of course eBay or Amazon are both good sources for manuals in general.
My preferred third party 'how to' manuals are published by Haynes - sadly most of these are only available as used copies now on eBay or Amazon. Due to copyright ownership they are not available here. In those cases where Haynes manuals are not available new (for example for the GT750), I strongly encourage owners to write Haynes and tell them to get their act together ! You can email them at cs...@haynes.com. The Clymer manuals, in my personal opinion, are merely 'OK' if nothing else is available, or if you want something additional to the manufacturer's manual.Resources Home Page
I'm selling my complete shop/ service manual for my 2005 GSXR-750. I sold the bike, so the book needs to go. Still in great shape. I purchased it a few months ago, but never got around to using it....
Hello fellow gearheads ! Been searching all over the internet for a couple of weeks now to find a service manual for a 2020 zc33s swift sport , or at least a parts catalogue with zero luck ... Any recommendations as to where to find any ? Really do appreciate your time.

This document is a supplement to the Suzuki Alto SB305 service manual (95000-84000-01E), so there are many sections that contain no information, but reference corresponding sections of the Alto manual. We hope to make the Alto SB305 manual available sometime in the future, however most of it is covered in the SS80V manual below.
