Today is the Gita Jayanti celebrations in Tokyo-

10-Dec-2016 (Saturday) from 10:00 AM onwards at Hare Krishna Temple. 

Chanting of complete Bhagavad Gita Shlokas will be the main part of the celebrations.

The real celebration/homage to Srimad Bhagavad Gita would be to share this valuable Divine knowledge with others as confirmed by the Supreme Lord in Bhagavad Gita itself.

BG 18.68-69:

"For one who explains this supreme secret to the devotees, pure devotional service is guaranteed, and at the end he will come back to Me.

There is no servant in this world more dear to Me than he, nor will there ever be one more dear."
