In recovery, groggy.  Surgery went well, the tumor was closer to skin and deeper into chest cavity than the scan revealed.  Took 10 lymph nodes, she will be sore and have a slower recovery as a result.  Will biopsy the rest tomorrow and get path results hopefully wed. Will be facing chemo with herpacin beginning in nov and radiation later in winter.

 

Dad is adjusting to the care center with a lake view And activity from his window.  The staff have been very caring and attentive to his transition.  He moved into a single on sat and I moved a load of furniture in on Sunday.  We have it set up like a living room and hopefully will be inviting for friends to stop and visit .
