 This email alert came from Ann Maxwell today.  If  you can help make cookies or come to help set up please give her a call at  635-9614 or reply to this email and I will let her know.  Disregard this if you have already signed up. The Mothers Day Banquet is a UMW project so all the circles can help with this.  Ann is a great chairman and the Rachel Circle do the programs, decorating and favors.  Help is need with setting up and cookies for now.  Thanks!

This will be a great program with the Show choir performing for us.  Several of our youth from church are in the choir.  So please help sell the tickets and come.

The time is growing closer! It won't be long 'til the Mother's Day banquet. We began selling tickets yesterday. Only a few have been sold at this time, but many said they would bring their money next week. So hope we have a good turnout.

I have FINALLY heard from Beth Dampf, the choir director. One of my questions to her was how many were in the choir. Her reply was "50." We will be serving them cookies and a drink either before or after their performance....don't know yet when they will snack. What I need from some of you is a donation of cookies. Would at least seven of you let me know if you can bring two dozen cookies each. I got a few volunteers at our circle meeting last week, but I need more. Please let me know if you will do this. You can bring them Friday morning when we set up for the banquet. We will begin setting up at 10:00. This is also a request for those who will be willing to come and help set up....the more the merrier.

Encourage your friends to come to the banquet. This will be a great program!
