Hello friends,

 

Happy Easter!

 

Today your church staff is off as the church office is always closed on the Monday following Easter. Though they are not in the office, they all have been working hard to help facilitate the church as it has had to leave the building! Let me remind you that there continue to be many ways in which the church remains connected:

  • 7am ZOOM devotional online with Pastor Tommie (Monday-Friday)
  • Noon ZOOM devotional with Pastors Clay and Ellen (Monday-Friday)
  • 11:15am ZOOM Corporate Prayer (Mon, Wed & Friday)
  • Helping Fund is being administered in the gym (Mon, Wed & Friday mornings)
  • Highland Lakes Crisis Network emergency supply distribution in gym (Mon, Wed & Friday mornings)
  • Highland Lakes Crisis Network meal preparation and delivery at Bear King Brewery (daily)

 

If you would like to participate in the daily ZOOM opportunities,

  1. please log onto our website(fumcmarblefalls.com) and clock on the bright yellow box at the top of our home page.
  2. As you get to the next page, please scroll down and see the red box that says "FUMC Marble Falls Zoom meetings". Click on that box. 
  3. On that page scroll down below the calendar and you will see three colored boxes with options for your participation. Clicking on those boxes will direct you to the desired activity. At that point the leader of the group or another participant can help you as needed.

Your pastors and church staff are available to you if needed. Let us remember those affected by the tornadoes that danced through our area early Sunday morning. I have not learned of any church members who were affected, but if you know of someone who might need assistance, or any in need of prayer, please feel free to let one of your pastors know, so we might offer assistance.

 

Please stay home and stay safe as much as possible. I look forward to when we will be able to meet and worship together again! Until that time, know that we continue to hold you in prayer.
