Hi Kyoko,

I am trying to use FUMA to annotate my GWAS results. But I got an error of ERROR: 3 (Error during SNPs filtering for Manhattan plot). The job id is 73227. I checked the input file. It looks fine to me. I am not sure whether this error was caused by the extremely small p values, like p < 1e-200.

I am sorry for the delay.

I have checked the error log, and it says you have a float value 7.2e+7 in your chr column?

Is it possible that position was shifted to chr column for some SNPs?

Also both chr and position columns are expected to have integer not float, please convert any float values to integer for your position.
