Dear FUMA Team,
After reading previous conversation it seems that i also encounter the same error as many others but do not find the reason to troubleshoot it. Would you have an idea as to the origin of my issue.
The Gwas summary statistic I provide is just a subset of SNPs replicated on a separate cohort.

It seems like you have provided a column that does not exist in your input file.
The following header(s) was not detected in your input file: BP
Please make sure that you provide columns that exist in the input gwas file.
