Hi,
I've been getting this error when I try to do just a general SNP2GENE analysis:

ERROR: 12 (Error from circos / ValueError: all the input array dimensions except for the concatenation axis must match exactly)
This error is most likely due to server side error. Please contact the developer for details.

I can't seem to figure out what is wrong with this. My GWAS results are from a meta analysis which was done in hg38 and was lifted over to hg19 for running on FUMA.

Thank you for any suggestions!

Liz

Hi Liz,

The error 012 is likely the circos plot error from the server-side.
Could you share the job ID? I will have a look ad the error log.

Best,
Kyoko

Hi Liz,

I had a look at the error log and it looks like some of the output files are not complete.
It could be due to memory error, and it can happen when the server is very busy.
Since I do not have access to the input file, could you either try submitting again or share the input file with me?

Best,
Kyoko

Hi Kyoko,

I am not able to share the input file, but I tried rerunning this and still got the ERROR:012. I also tested it out on individual chromosomes (just tested chr22 and chr19), and these seemed to work fine. Any ideas why the whole file might not be working?

Thanks a lot!
Liz

Hi Liz,

One of the file that is required to create circos plot contains SNPs only until chr15 and I'm not sure why since other files seems fine.
I just made all ERROR:012 jobs available to you since the only missing part is circos plot, but you can access to the other results.
I will try to have more detail look in this weekend but I's very hard to debug without the same input file.
I understand that you can't share the input, could you maybe explain a bit of your input file format?

Best,
Kyoko
