Hi,

I downloaded some regional association  plots after using the SNP2Gene function on Fuma. All the plots I downloaded have dark/black backgrounds. Is this a general problem and if so, is there a solution available.
Thanks

Hi,

I am having the same issue. I am trying to download my regional plots in all formats avalaible (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF) but nothing works. All the plots are black colored and I can not see it in the same way as on the web (here it is displayed properly).

Dear users,

Thank you for reporting the issue.
We are working to resolve this but it will take some time.
In the mean time, if you need the plots, you can take a screen-shot.
Thank you for your patience,
FUMA

Hello,
Has there been any progress in resolving this please?
If not, we will take screenshots, but would like higher quality if possible.
Thank you.

Hi Megan,

No, but you can download svg file format. Please see the suggestion from a user here: https://groups.google.com/g/fuma-gwas-users/c/q9Ek2HxjxmQ/m/Jx1mc9rnAQAJ

Best,
Tanya

Thanks Tanya! I'm not sure how to download it as an svg but will figure it out.

Best,
Meg

Hi Megan,

You can click on the SVG button like this:

Then there are online resources to convert SVG to JPG.

Best,
Tanya
