Hi,

I'd like to request your help with JOB 617579. I have been getting a 001 error. I tried to troubleshoot using the error check-list, but no luck so far.

Hi Lorena,

I don't have access to your input GWAS summary statistics file, but I can see that you provided CHR and rsID but not POS. In this case, FUMA uses a reference panel to look up chr and pos from rsID. It appears that none of your rsID were found in the reference panel. You can double-check if the rsID in your input GWAS file is found in the reference here: https://fuma.ctglab.nl/downloadPage
