SNPs in Chr6 disappeared

Hi, Thank you so much for this very useful tool.

I upload a file and no error was reported, however, I find no SNPs in chr6 were presented in the results(such as not shown Manhattan Map). I have checked that there are many SNPs in Chr6 reach 5e-8 in the input GWAS summary statistics.

I looked at your job and found that many of the variants on chromosome 6 that were dropped during rsID annotation should not have been dropped. Can you send me your input file so I can look at what is going on? (d.p.wi...@vu.nl)
