ERROR:002 MAGMA was not able to perform

Greetings!

I am able to view results for all but MAGMA analyses, and the message

ERROR:002 MAGMA was not able to perform

is displayed in the Genome-wide plots section for all gene-based tests. Other results and corresponding plots are there.

I have tried loading the input file with and without the rsID column (job #147828 and 147653, respectively), and they throw this same error.

Hi Katerina, 

The parameter files for these jobs show that MAGMA analysis was deselected. Is it possible that you did not have "Perform MAGMA" selected when submitting the jobs?
