Hi,

I am currently trying to run some FUMA analyses using the output of SNP2GENE as input for the analyses (as implemented in the software). The cell type specificity analyses run perfectly for most phenotypes, but I'm getting an error for one (jobid: 2645). I get the following error:

An error occured during the process of your cell type specificity analyses (job ID: 2645) has been completed.
Please make sure that your provided inputs meet all the requirements and check the followings.

  1. Does your selected SNP2GENE job have MAGMA output? If you can see manhattan plot for gene-based test, this should not be the problem.
  2. Is your uoloaded file an output of MAGMA gene analysis with an extension "genes.raw"?
  3. Does your file contains Ensembl gene ID? Otherwise, don't forget to UNCHECK the option to indicate that you are using Ensembl gene ID.
The output of the SNP2GENE analysis (jobid: 87980does show significantly enriched genes, so that's not the problem. I have tried to run the analysis against fewer scRNA datasets, and then it worked fine.

Any idea how to solve this?

Best,
Mitchell

Hi Mitchell,

I apologize for my slow response.

I had a look at the error log and there was actually a minor bug causing this error.
I have fixed the bug and updated the result for jobID 2645.
You should be able to access the result now.

Please let me know if you have further problems.

Best,
Kyoko
