Hello,

Since yesterday, SNP2GENE is not showing any of my results. When I click on "Go to results" in "My Jobs", it connects me to the "Genome-wide plots" page as usual, but two pop-up error report dialogs appear, "JobQuery getParams error" and "param table error". All my plots and tables are empty, and the "Manhattan Plot (gene-based test)" and "QQ plot (gene-based test)" subsections report, "ERROR:002 MAGMA was not able to perform." though the analyses were actually performed and plots were previously displayed.

I thought it might be an issue with my Safari browser, but I tried clearing cache and switching to Chrome browser on another computer but I have same errors.

Hi both,

I am aware of the problem, there has been a problem on the server.
I am working on it and hope it will be fixed shortly.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best,
Kyoko

Hi all, I have encountered this issue (all the messages were identical to what Lawrence was describing) today when trying to access a job of mine that was ran on 28th of March this year. Is it possible to somehow recover the results/config?

Thanks!

Marko

Hi, can you send me the jobID's of affected jobs? I will look into a fix.
In any case I will be able to retrieve the params.config file for an easy rerun.

Hi Avni,

I've tried to look for all these jobs on the FUMA server and cannot find some of the mentioned jobIDs.
Would you mind checking whether these problems occur only for the jobs:
182702
186987
186511
186502
182788
185141

And not for the jobs:
186937
185896
185642
183690
183162
182902

Yes you are right the problem only occurs for the job ids:

182702
186987
186511
186502
182788
185141

I get the following error:  JobQuery get Params error

I desperately need these results as I am working on publishing these results soon.

Thanks in advance,

Avni

Hi Avni and Marko,

We are currently experiencing a hardware issue which we believe might be causing the disappearance of your jobs.
Will keep you posted.

Cheers,
Marijn
