Error 6 occur when using ukbb Europeans or White brityish

Hi Kyoko,

I have been trying to run my GWAS sum stat through FUMW since yesterday and I'm still having the error 006 you mentioned earlier today when using UKBB Europeans or UKBB White British. The Error doesn't appear if using 1000G phase 3. I was wondering if you where able to fix the issue mentioned this morning or I will have to wait till you send out a success debug email.

Hi Catherine,

I am sorry about the error, there were some issues in index files of UKB reference panel. I am fixing now and should be ready in couple of hours.
