Stuck orphan upload session locks my account, cannot submit new jobs

  Dear FUMA team, My registered account email: 21719...@qq.com

  I tried to submit a SNP2GENE job before, but the file upload got stuck halfway. Now every time I log into my FUMA account, the page keeps popping up a warning "Please wait for file upload to complete, do not leave the submission page", and I am unable to create or submit any new jobs. I have checked the "All jobs" list repeatedly, there are no visible tasks with Uploading / Submitting status that I can delete manually. It seems there is an orphan unfinished upload session remaining on your server side locking my account. Could you please check my account and clear this abnormal pending session for me? Thank you very much for your help.
