Hello, 

Thanks for using FUMA and for your message.

It appears that your job was stucked at the MAGMA step and your job was running for more than 6 hours. Currently FUMA automatically fails job that is running for more than 6 hours. 
You could try submit again by unchecking MAGMA and run magma locally on your computer/server.

We are currently working on a solution for this issue to accommodate jobs that are requiring a longer run time in MAGMA so stay tuned for the next update.
