Hello Fuma team

I am constantly receiving this:
FUMA an error occurred

This is unfortunate! An error occurred during the process of your job (job ID: 564314).
ERROR:006

Error from lead SNPs and candidate SNPs identification. This error can occur because:

  1. Invalid input parameters or
  2. Columns are mistakenly labelled wrong.

Please make sure your input file has the correct column names.

I think the column names are correct and so are the input parameters. e.g.:

Can you kindly help me out?

Hello,

Thank you for sending. The issue is that when you submitted your file to FUMA, you indicated that the effect allele column is called effect_allele and the non effect allele column is called other_allele. However, for a lot of these variants, the alleles are NA:

NA is not an accepted values for alleles.

This question was actually answered previously here:

Please make sure that you followed the response I posted there and try your best to fix your file.
Best,
Tanya

Thanks a ton for promptly getting back on this, Tanya!

Regards
Balaji

PS: I'm not sure if you guys are already working on this, but it may help to have a user accessible tool to run a pre-check on the input file and report the exact error, instead of you spending time on it.
