Dear Fuma team,

I have a question regarding SNP2GENE function in FUMA.

I was trying to run job ID 472943), and errors occurred.

I troubleshoot the files and tried to find the causes of errors, but could not pinpoint anything. Can you help me out, please?

Dear Yoon,

In your input file, p value column has column name p.value. This is not a value that is recognized by FUMA.

You can put in the string p.value in the submission form:
