Dear Developer:

Error during SNPs filtering for Manhattan plot.This error can occur if the p-value column is mistakenly labeled wrong.My position column does not have any scientific counting, and the pval column has been converted, job: 563104. this error is not seen how it manifests itself. thanks for your answer and explanation, and is it possible to provide some possible ways to solve this error.
