Timeout error

Hi Tanya,

I’m running the cell type FUMA with the Siletti level 1 dataset and keep encountering timeout errors. I tried splitting the data into two parts, but the same error persists(Job ID 657361).

Since proper FDR correction requires running the full level 1 dataset in one batch, could you advise how to best handle this? Is there a recommended way to bypass the timeout issue (e.g., local run, alternative settings), so that we can still get accurate results?

Hi Mingjian, 

Unfortunately I can't change the 8 hours timeout. 

Fortunately we are working on an modified/improved version of FUMA cell type that can be run on the command line. We hope to release it soon (maybe in a couple of months), so stay tuned for the updates.
