Dear FUMA support team,

I am writing to seek help with an ongoing issue when submitting a job to FUMA. My job ID is 708277 and the title is TEST. After uploading my input file, I received the following error message:

ERROR:001

This error means that the input file format was not correct.
I have carefully reviewed the troubleshooting guidelines provided in the error message, as well as the FUMA documentation and previous forum threads. However, I am unable to identify the cause of the format error.

Despite these checks, the error persists. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a look at my input file and advise on what might be causing the problem. Alternatively, if there is any additional information or log that I should provide, please let me know.

This is the error of your job:
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xff in position 0: invalid start byte

We do not save the input file on the FUMA server so I can't check what the issue with your file is. If you still have trouble, please email your input file and I can take a look.
