FUMA GWAS Catalog cytogenetic region definition

Dear FUMA team,

I want to ask which version and the source location that you used to annotate the cytogenetic region of the SNP in the GWAS Catalog query result file (gwascatalog.txt).

Is this file from GWAS Catalog?

Hello,

As of v1.5.5, the GWAS catalog data in the SNP2GENE module is from e0_r2022-11-29 and the data in the GENE2FUNC module is from e96_2019-09-24. You can download data from the GWAS catalog website https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/docs/file-downloads. We download the 'All associations v1.0' file and lift them over to build GRCh37.
