Respected SIr, I hope you are doing well, I have a query about FUMA GWAS, Can we annotate our QTL results using FUMA GWAS?

Dear Muhammad,
Yes you can. QTL results are basically a GWAS with gene expression as the trait of interest. Please note that SNPs outside of the reference panel that you select will be dropped from the analysis.
