Hi,

Today the system is keeping issue errors 'fail to upload error'. However my file is 256M in gzip form. 

Is there any system down-time today?

I also got another report about this but I do not see any problem on my server.

It seems like happens randomly.

I'll try to figure out what is going on but meanwhile, you might be able to success to upload if you try again some time after since I see some people are running their job on the server.

It seems not a random problem. I've kept trying for 10 hours:-). Could you check if there is some storage issue with your server?

I don't see any problem on my server and other users are running FUMA without any problem.

I was also not able to reproduce the error.

It must be something specific to your local situation.

Which browser do you use?

Can you also measure your internet speed?

Does the error occur after you push the submit button?

If so, does the job appear on your job list?

Can you maybe attache screenshot of the error page?

Hey Kyoko, I'm also having upload issues using Chrome on two different computers (and at different internet locations home/work). I successfully upload the file and it takes me to the screen showing that my job is "NEW" but if I refresh the page it disappears. It looks like during the upload (i.e. while it is still uploading) the email saying it failed is sent by the server to my email (even though the upload continues on).

I'm having the same problem. It moves on from the uploading page, but then i immediately receive an email that uploading failed and when i refresh the jobs page the uploaded job disappears...

Hi Kyoko,

I can successfully upload the file and it takes me to the web showing that my job is "NEW" but if I refresh the "list of jobs" it disappears and then I would recieve the email saying "File upload failed" sent by the server. I've kept trying for several hours even I try to upload through another computer and different network, the problem remains unresolved. could you give me some help?

I've been getting a 'ERROR: -1 File upload failed.' message today. I've tried uploading from the server and from my local drive. Even when I try to upload a file that has previously uploaded successfully, I still get the same error. 

Would you be able to help?

ERROR: -1 File upload failed.

This error is because your file upload failed. Please try again. Do not leave the page while uploading the file (after clicking the submit button).
Only click the "Submit Job" once. The job has been deleted but the last job you have submitted could still be under process.

I have never had this issue before. It keeps happening whenever I try upload my files. Is there perhaps a fix for this problem?

We are currently working on the issue, but some people are still having problems with uploading files. Hopefully we can get it working for everyone soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This issue has been fixed. A partition on the server was full and was causing multiple problems, but we've freed up some space so it should now work normally.
