missing lead snp

Hi~ I ran FUMA successfully but I found the several lead SNPs were not identified by FUMA even though I tried to run again with lower minimum P-value of lead SNPs 

I would like to know why these SNPs are omitted. Thanks.

Hi Sanghun,

The missing SNPs can be due to lack of information in the reference panel.

Could you share your jobID and the full input information of your missing SNP?
