Unfortunately our latest jobs occurred in this error:

ERROR: 12 (Error from circos / SyntaxError: invalid syntax)
This error is most likely due to server side error. Please contact the developer for details.

Can we do something to help you solve this issue?

This is a bug related to generating a script to make the circos plot. I am currently investigating where this came from, can you share your input summary statistics by email with me so I can investigate this further (d.p.wi...@vu.nl)?

I found the error, I made an accidental adjustment to the code a few days ago but that problem has been corrected. Everything appears to be working correctly again in my tests. Can you try running your jobs again and let me know if you see the same error?
