FUMA update

Dear FUMA users, 

FUMA is update to v2.0.0, specifically:

• SNP2GENE module is updated with additional xQTLs datasets for xQTLs mapping.
• FLAMES module is added.
• QTLs Analysis module is added.
• New job retention policy: SNP2GENE jobs that were created prior to Jan 01 2023 were removed from the FUMA server.

Please read the documentation carefully before running jobs. Documentation is now available at https://fuma-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html

Since this is a major update, I expect that there will be some issues. Therefore, FUMA might be down periodically without prior notice for bug fixes. Thanks for your patience.
