I have recieved error message

'This is unfortunate! An error occurred during the process of your job (job ID: 637412, job title: None).

ERROR:001

This error means that the input file format was not correct.'

I can`t solve this problem. plz help me

There was no SNPs remained after formatting the input summary statistics.
