ErrorException in S2GController.php line 304: implode(): Invalid arguments passed

Hello,

Thanks for a great service in FUMA!

However, we have had trouble getting FUMA to successfully process any of the jobs that we have submitted today.

In all cases except one, FUMA gives this error:

ErrorException in S2GController.php line 304: implode(): Invalid arguments passed

This error appears on a webpage and not by email as is typical of FUMA when there is an error (e.g., in the first case FUMA emailed to inform us that the uploaded file was missing necessary columns). It is not clear what exactly the problem is and how to troubleshoot. The same file that was uploaded has been used successfully in previous runs in FUMA. This time around we changed the specified settings for the SNP2GENE function, but the JOBS consistently failed.

Hi Oyomoare,

I'm sorry about the inconvenience.

Can you check if any of gene type is selected when you submit the job from "4. Gene type" section?

The error is due to empty variable of gene type but protein coding genes are selected by default so it's less likely that option gets empty.

Did you load parameter from the previous job? If that's the case there might be a bug recognising gene type.

I found a bug for gene type when you load previous parameter.

It has been fixed now, so you should be able to submit jobs.
