FUMA update 1.8.0

FUMA has been updated to version 1.8.0. 

In this current version, the issues with PNG/JPEG with the annotation plots have been fixed.

Hello,

It seems there is a bug when trying to upload a new job to SNP2GENE. Nothing happens with "submit job". There are no errors and every required field is filled.

EDIT: It seems the problem persist when the title for the job is set, if it is left empty, the job is submitted successfully.

Hi Erika, 

Can you double-check to make sure that all the required fields are filled out? You can also check the example input box to check that a job is run with the example input GWAS. 

I checked it just now and it was fine: 

There have been more than 200 jobs that were run successfully after the update so I think that this is user error.

I don't think there is an issue with the title. I was able to set the title and submit the jobs: 

Make sure that you're using either Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge when browsing FUMA.

Hi Tanya, seems this is Safari issue. Chrome works just fine!

Thanks for the update. 

We tested using Safari on a Mac M1 running MacOS Sonoma (14.7.1) but we could not reproduce your issues. But glad to hear that you have no problem with Chrome.
