Hi!

I hope you're doing well. I've repeatedly encountered issues with my file upload despite changing as many parameters as possible. My most recent attempts were Job IDs 688573 and 688574. Is it possible to identify what may be causing the errors for both of these jobs? Thank you!

Unfortunately we can never replicate this error. Maybe you can check this: 

ERROR 0:

File upload failed.

This error is because your file upload failed. Please try again. Do not leave the page while uploading the file (after clicking the submit button).

  1. Only click the "Submit Job" once.

  2. Try using a different browser and/or hard refresh the page. (Ctrl + shift + r)

  3. Try using VPN.

  4. Try a personal computer from a home network. (Sometimes networks in working environments are very strict)
