Error:003 inconsistency

to FUMA GWAS users

Dear FUMA team,

I have a group of GWASs that were uniformly processed by my pipeline. Despite this, some of the GWASs work fine, and others report Error:003. I suppose there's an element in some of my GWASs that's causing an issue, but I cannot find any formatting difference between the files. Could you help identify the issue? Thank you!

IDs of jobs that worked: 470973, 470996

IDs of jobs that failed: 471006, 470993

Dear Sanan,

Job 471006: A position has a value 7.2e+07. The usage of scientific notation is not allowed for position. You need to change it to 72000000.

Same issue with job 470993
