Bug fix to address an issue:

- Previously, when MHC is excluded from MAGMA only, MHC is also excluded from the annotation step.

- Starting from version 1.6.6, this is fixed: when MHC is excluded from MAGMA only, MHC is not excluded from the annotation step.
