Hello,
Thank you for a great tool!
I ran the example from Crohn's disease, Franke et al. 2010 (job:724191), and a reduced set of summary statistics from the GWAS catalogue (job:724358) in SNP2GENE; in both jobs, MAGMA was not performed.
I wonder if it's something to do with the input files or an issue on your end.
