Hi,

I have a list of around 11,000 genes to perform gene2func enrichment analysis.
When I use all genes as input I only obtain any significant enrichment in two cathegories (even if I change "Maximum adjusted P-value for gene set association" to 1), but when I split the list I obtain significant enrichment separately in all categories.

¿Is there a maximum number of input genes for the different sections of gene2func enrichment?

Thank you

Virginia

Hi Virginia,

There is no maximum number of genes you can submit.
If you can share gene2func job ID, I will have a look if anything went wrong from the server side.

Best,
Kyoko

Hi Virginia,

I am sorry for the slow response.
I gound a minor bug outputting special characters in some of gene set names which terminated the output of genesets.
I have fixed the problem now, could you submit again?

Best,
Kyoko

Hi Kyoko,

Thanks for your help. Now I've been able to retrieve the results for all sections of gene2func enrichment analyses.

Best,

Virginia
