Hello,

I tried multiple times to run fuma, but somehow it does result always in an ERROR5 notification. The first time my data set only included SNP, chromosome, position, p-value and it said that no significant SNPs were identified. After that I read, that I could exclude the Chromosome and position and rerun the FUMA analysis. When I did that, I also got an ERROR5 notification. The last time I reduced my P-value to 1e-5 and again there was the ERROR5 notification.
I would be very happy, if someone could help out.

Thanks

Hello,

Do you mind sharing your jobID and the first 10 lines of your input file? I will have a look why you are getting this error.

Thanks,

Doug

Hey Doug,
thank you very much for the fast reply. But I figured already out why it did not work. The data set that I uploaded was unfortunately incomplete and truncated to an extent, where no significant SNPs were included anymore.

Cheers
