Hi there!

I've been trying to run some summary statistics in SNP2GENE and continuously getting ERROR:006. I've tried reformatting and subsetting my summary statistics multiple times (job numbers 617718, 617756, and 620489 for reference) without success. These summary stats do have extremely small p-values (ie 1*10^-300) which I read in previous conversations may be a problem but is there any info from the jobs that might better describe the specific error?

Hi Anni,

The error in your job was caused by issues with effect alleles and non effect alleles. Some possible explanations could be:

1. For some variants, these are NA. Example: https://groups.google.com/g/fuma-gwas-users/c/rtTZRBLC8g8/m/eOD0CCy5AwAJ

2. For some variants, these fields are empty: https://groups.google.com/g/fuma-gwas-users/c/gllGk4aTc84/m/ne2GR3X1AQAJ
