Kia Ora there,

I have a build 38 METAL file which I uploaded to SNP2GENE with the appropriate column names but it won't allow me to select the build 38 option.

Could you pleasehelp?

They disabled build 38 after finding errors after their update. I believe they're working on it now, but you'll have a better time updating your file to hg19 then running FUMA.

Best,

Is there an R version that I can run the SNP2GEN function in. I ask this because I have 500 phenotypes to run and I was thinking I can create a loop?

Hello,

This is currently not possible at the moment.

Thank you,

Hi Kevin,

We are still working on this implementation.
We recommend remapping your SNPs to rsID or to GRCh37 positions and uploading those to FUMA.

Best,
Marijn
