to FUMA GWAS users
Hi Tanya, my FUMA website shows the current FUMA version 1.8.3, but the
parameter files show FUMA version v1.5.2 (even though I only started the
job the day before yesterday). My questions are: Which version was used
to execute the FUMA job ‘706945’ and how can I use version 1.8.3 in
future?

Hi Olena,
Apologies. The correct version should be on the website (1.8.3), which is updated automatically when there is an update. The version that is in the downloaded param files is outdated. I will fix it in the next update.
