Hello, 

There was an issue related to this step of the submission: 

I think that you chose Select all, is that correct? 

Could you try the following: 
Test #1: Choose just 1 dataset. For example: click on Enhancers under PsychENCODE. 

Then, submit the job just like in job 466571. 

If Test #1 is successful, could you please resubmit and select all of the datasets EXCEPT for these 2: 

Permissive enhancers (underneath FANTOM5)

Robust enhancers (underneath FANTOM5)

These 2 datasets seem problematic and we need to update them but need time to do so. 

Please follow the instructions carefully. If these 2 tests fail again, please make sure to send details of what you did, jobIDs, and error code.
