User-defined r^2 not kept for new jobs

Minor issue. You provide the nice feature where we can re-use settings from one job for another job. However, one setting that does not seem to persist is the r^2 value*, which always defaults back to 0.6 rather than the r^2 used in the original job. Again, just a minor thing, thought I'd mention it in case it's not intentional. Wonderful tool.

The bug has been fixed now, it should load r2 threshold correctly.
