Hello
I am having problems with uploading my data. After serveral times trials I still get an error page(ErrorException in S2GController.php line 347:implode(): Invalid arguments passed). My data cantains 25006 SNPs. When I only selected 10 SNPs from my data it can be successfully uploaded.
I didn't change the default settings of section 4 (Ensemble version v92 and Genotype protein coding).
Does anybody know how to deal with it?
Thank you very much.
Cheers,
Yang

Hi Yang,
How long does it take during the upload before you get the error message?
We have seen this error before and could not find the cause. Can you try resubmitting but select the settings from a successful job using the "Use your previous settings from job" option?
Cheers,
Doug

Hi Doug
Though I don't know the reason, it seems work when I select the settings of a successful job.
