I recently submitted two jobs (Job ID: 470712, 470713) to the server. Unfortunately, the jobs encountered the ERROR:001. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this error.

Unfortunately these 2 jobs no longer exist in our database. Perhaps you deleted them?
